Sugo Support Did Not Respond After Missing Coins Transaction

-On 05/13/2026 at around 8:35 PM, I made two separate top-up payments in the Sugo app using my bank card. Out of these transactions, which totaled $11, the goins from one of the payments were never credited to my account.
Because the transaction receipt appears as blocked in the system, I am unable to view it and therefore cannot access the transaction number either. I tried reaching Sugo customer service for assistance, but I was unable to receive support through any available channel.
I want the missing top-up amount to be properly credited to my account as coins. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the missing coins be added to my account as soon as possible.
