Sugo App Blocked My Device After Minor On-Camera Issue

As of today, the device I use to access the Sugo app has been blocked with a warning stating that my “current device has been banned due to suspicious activities and violations.” I encountered this warning while using the app normally, during a voice/video conversation, and I was not provided with a clear explanation of what this penalty was based on.

Despite having no prior history of similar violations or penalties on my account, I later learned that I may have received a warning due to smoking appearing on camera. However, I find it unfair and disproportionate that such a situation resulted in a severe penalty like a device ban. I did not engage in any malicious or suspicious activity, and I make a consistent effort to use my account in compliance with the platform’s rules.

For this reason, I am requesting that the ban imposed on my account—and especially on my device—be reviewed and lifted if it was issued in error. If deemed necessary, I ask that I be given a warning instead, and that the necessary steps be taken so I can continue using my account normally on the same device. I also respectfully request a clear, written explanation outlining the specific grounds on which this ban was imposed.
