Sugo App Removed Withdrawal Option and Blocks Diamond Cash-Out
In the wallet section of the Sugo app, I only see the option to “exchange” diamonds, and the withdrawal option does not appear at all. Since December 13, 2025, whenever I access my wallet, I only see the exchange option, which means I can’t even submit a withdrawal request.
I currently have approximately 30,000 diamonds in my account, and I want to withdraw these diamonds as money. However, because the withdrawal option is missing, I’m unable to proceed with any transaction. Even though I contacted live support, I was given no explanation and received no response regarding my issue.
I am requesting that my account be located and reviewed using my email address, that the withdrawal option be enabled in my wallet, and that I be allowed to withdraw my diamond balance as soon as possible.
