I am using the Sugo mobile application and on 16 August 2026 my account was suddenly blocked without any clear reason or explanation. I only received a general notification that my account was blocked due to suspected violation of usage terms and rules, but no details were provided. I am sure that I have always followed the community guidelines and have never intentionally violated any rules. My User ID / Username is 293779***, my registered phone number is 088223071*** and I am using a Samsung A17 device. I kindly request that you review my account in detail, clearly inform me which rule was allegedly violated if there is any, and restore my access if there is no concrete violation.
