Follow-up Query Regarding Sugo Account Recovery
This is a follow‑up to my previous complaint about my Sugo account. Although I can technically log in, the account appears to be logged in on other devices, which causes the app to crash and prevents me from using it properly. This problem started tonight and is still ongoing without any improvement. After my earlier complaint, I contacted Sugo support, and they only advised me to change my password. However, I am unable to change the password because my contact information on the account has been replaced with another phone number that does not belong to me. As a result, I cannot receive verification codes or complete any security steps, and I feel that my account is not secure and possibly in someone else’s control. I request that my account be secured and restored to my full control, that my correct contact information be reinstated, and that any unauthorized access or device sessions be immediately removed. In addition, I expect appropriate support and, if applicable, compensation for the loss of access and the stress caused by this situation.
