SteelSeries Arctis 1 Microphone Not Working on Platforms

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with my SteelSeries Arctis 1 headset microphone. While using the SteelSeries app, I can hear my own voice when enabling the playback feature, so the microphone itself appears functional. However, on other platforms, my voice does not transmit to others.

When testing the microphone through Opera’s mic testing feature, the software recognizes the microphone under the Sonar section, but it doesn’t record any sound. This makes the headset unusable for communication on most platforms, defeating its purpose.

I’ve tried troubleshooting, but the issue persists. I’m requesting SteelSeries to resolve this promptly or provide a clear solution to ensure the microphone functions across all platforms.
