Steam Support Not Responding to My Account Access Problem

On March 25, 2026, I changed my phone number. When I try to log into my Steam account, the verification code is still being sent to my old phone number, so I cannot access my account named “ngvyakoza.” My current active number is 0501*****51, and I want to access my account using this number.
I still have access to the email address registered on my account. I have previously made game purchases through this email, and I have proof of those transactions. I also have screenshots of friends I’ve added on Steam, which I believe can help verify that the account belongs to me.
Despite sending multiple emails to Steam Support, I have not received any response. Being unable to access my account and not getting any support for a long time has caused me serious inconvenience.
I am requesting that my phone number be updated as soon as possible, that my access to the account be restored, and that I be informed via email regarding this issue.
