My Steam Account Fails to Add Phone Number, Always Shows “Try Again” Error

I have been trying to add my phone number to my Steam account both from my Android phone and my computer. Each time, I follow the necessary steps and click the verification link sent to my email, but I always encounter the message “try again.”

This issue has been ongoing for about a week. I have tried multiple times from different devices and internet connections, but the result has always been the same.

My username is milkvedeshake. This is the first time I am attempting to add a phone number, and I have not used this number on any other account before. I contacted the Steam support team regarding this problem, but they only sent me a generic link, which did not resolve the issue. I also have not made any payment transactions on my account so far.

I want to secure my account by adding my phone number. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the necessary support be provided.
