StarPets.gg Did Not Deliver My Robux Order and I Want a Refund

On June 3, 2026, I purchased Robux from the website StarPets.gg, but my order has not been fulfilled. The order status has been stuck on “Created” for a long time and I still have not received the Robux. The Order ID for this purchase is 47ae489 and I paid via PayPal. Since the service I paid for has not been delivered, I request the immediate cancellation of this order and a full refund of the amount charged to my PayPal account. I also ask for written confirmation that the order has been cancelled and the refund has been processed.
