I made a payment of $45.93 to StarPets to purchase Robux urgently, as I needed an item before it expired. I waited four days, but the Robux never arrived. On the evening of the fourth day, I contacted their support team and explained my situation, stating: "The item I want will expire tomorrow at 1 PM, and I’ve already waited four days without receiving my Robux. Can you prioritize my case?" The operator assured me they would do their best to assist.

However, when I reached out again at 12 PM the next day, I was delayed further. Despite waiting over 20 minutes for a response, I received no help. It’s now been five days, my item has expired, and I still don’t have the Robux. I demand compensation and request my Robux be delivered immediately, no later than 3 PM today.
