StarMaker Support Has Not Resolved Account Suspension

I am writing regarding my friend’s StarMaker account from India, which was banned one day ago after someone reported her. She did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about what rule was supposedly violated. My friend has never misbehaved with anyone on the app and has always been kind and respectful to others. We have already contacted StarMaker support many times about this issue, but her account is still banned and we have not received a satisfying response or clear reason. This situation is very upsetting because her account was important to her and she feels she has been treated unfairly. I kindly request that you review her account and the reports made against her in detail and reactivate her account as soon as possible, as she has not violated any rules to our knowledge. I also ask that you provide a clear explanation of the reason for the ban so that she can avoid any similar problem in the future.
