If your StarMaker coin purchase failed after payment and you didn’t receive the coins:
Check your purchase status first;
• Open StarMaker → Profile → Wallet / Coins
• Check if the coins were added after a delay
• Sometimes purchases take a few minutes to process
• Screenshot your wallet balance
Verify the payment in your app store;
• Android: Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History
• iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Purchase History
• Confirm that the payment was completed successfully
• Screenshot the transaction details
Restart the app and restore purchases;
• Close and reopen the StarMaker app
• Log out and log back in
• Look for a “Restore Purchase” option if available
Contact StarMaker Support;
• Use in-app Help / Feedback or email [email protected]
• Provide:
– Your StarMaker ID or username
– Screenshot of the payment receipt
– Date and amount of the purchase
• Ask them to:
– Add the missing coins to your account
– Or refund the payment
If the issue is ignored or repeated, you may also consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to escalate the problem and warn other users.
