Please Bring Back My StarMaker Live

I am an adult user of the StarMaker application on Android, but the system is incorrectly treating me as a minor. My profile name is Nely and my StarMaker ID is 13309231***. Because of this wrong classification, I cannot join live streams, host my own live, or even join or host my own party. When I try, the application shows warnings such as “Sorry, minors are not allowed to Host or Seat in Chat Room (Error code: 102310)” and “Sorry, StarMaker doesn't support minor's Live streaming.” This problem started yesterday and has continued since then without any change. I contacted StarMaker support through the in‑app reporting system, but I was informed that it would take three days for them to respond, and until then I remain restricted even though I am an adult. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the incorrect “minor” status be removed from my profile, and that I regain full access to live streaming and chat room features without any restriction. I also expect any lost time and opportunities caused by this error to be taken into consideration and compensated as appropriate.
