I Want StarMaker to Review and Remove My 30-Day Account Mute

On 06/12 at 18:59 my StarMaker account with ID 100025201182 was muted for 30 days. I want to use my account normally, but I am unable to do so because of this mute. I do not accept this penalty and I would like it to be reviewed as soon as possible. I have already tried to contact StarMaker support to solve this problem, but my issue is still not resolved. I kindly request that the mute on my account be removed immediately so that I can continue using my account without restrictions.
