Stardoll banned my account after I bought items from Bazaar, how can I appeal the ban properly?

If your Stardoll account was banned after purchasing items from the Bazaar, it's possible the system flagged your activity as suspicious—especially if the items were linked to accounts involved in unauthorized trading or currency transfers.

Stardoll has strict rules on fair play and marketplace use, and violations can trigger automatic bans.

To appeal, visit Stardoll’s contact page and choose the “Account & Safety” category. Include your username, registered email, and a detailed explanation of your actions—specifically that your Bazaar purchases were made in good faith.

You can also email [email protected] directly. Clearly state that you’re requesting a review of your ban and include any screenshots or receipts showing your Bazaar activity.
