Unable to Access Long-Time Stardoll Account – Need Help Recovering Login

I had a long-time Stardoll account, where I even purchased Superstar membership two or three times. However, after being inactive for a while, I found that my account had been closed. I’ve forgotten the password and tried sending a recovery code to my email, but that didn’t work either.

I’d really like to regain access to this account, as it holds years of progress. Is there any way for me to reopen or recover it? Stardoll, please provide guidance on how I can restore my account.
