I Added SD on Stardoll But Can’t Access Royalty Features Despite Being Level 39

Hello Stardoll team,

Today I topped up my account with additional Stardollars (SD). I’ve been a Royalty member for a while and I’m currently at level 39, so I should have full access to Royalty benefits, especially features like shopping in the Bazaar and other exclusive options.

However, after loading SD today, the game started restricting me as if I were a brand-new player. It now says I need to become a Superstar or reach level 17 to use the Bazaar—even though I’m already level 39 and Royalty! This makes absolutely no sense.

I spent real money on this top-up, expecting to access the features I’ve always had. Now I’m locked out of core functions, and Stardoll isn’t reflecting my status correctly.

Stardoll, please fix this immediately. Restore full access to my Royalty features and correct the level and access glitch. I paid and played fairly—don’t block me from the privileges I rightfully earned.
