I purchased a monthly Superstar membership on Stardoll using my credit card under the username maya-55. After purchase, the membership worked fine for only two days. Since then, even though my Superstar membership and Stardollars balance are still active, every time I try to shop on Starbazaar I get the warning “You must be level 17”. This issue has been ongoing for the last two days with every purchase attempt. My account has sufficient balance and my Superstar membership is valid, yet I cannot use it as intended. I have not yet contacted customer support about this matter. I request that this shopping restriction be removed and that my Superstar membership be fully activated and usable without limitations.
