My Stardoll Account Shows the Wrong Level

1I am experiencing a serious level issue with my Stardoll account. My account normally shows level 54, but it currently displays level 12. Because of this, I am unable to make purchases in the Bazaar and cannot access certain in-game features that I should have.
This issue has been ongoing for about three hours and has not resolved on its own.
My username is c*n**, and I also have a Superstar membership. I would like this problem to be fixed as soon as possible. I could not find any relevant solution in the Help section, and there seems to be no direct way to contact customer service.
I kindly request that my account level be corrected and that my Superstar privileges be restored immediately.
