My Starbucks Tumbler's Exterior Started Peeling

The exterior of my Starbucks tumbler started peeling, and it started leaking from the lid in less than a year. On top of everything else, the peeling has become quite noticeable. Although it continues to effectively maintain the temperature of beverages, its visual appeal has been underwhelming. This is quite disappointing, particularly considering it was a gift. This is not what I anticipated from a brand as reputable as Starbucks. I trust that the company will handle this matter in a suitable manner and offer a resolution that meets my expectations.
