Withdrawal Showing Successful But Funds Not Received
I made an INR withdrawal of ₹40,000 from my Stake account to my Punjab National Bank (PNB) account on 20/05/2026. In the Stake application, the status of this withdrawal is shown as “SUCCESSFUL” however the money has still not been credited to my PNB account even after several days. I contacted Punjab National Bank and they clearly informed me that no such transaction has been received or credited to my account. I have also tried to reach Stake support, but I am only getting AI responses and I am not able to connect with a human agent or receive any concrete help. Until now, I have not been provided with any UTR or bank reference number to allow proper tracking of this transaction. The Stake transaction ID for this withdrawal is 3481737082. I have made many successful withdrawals before from Stake to this same PNB account without any issues, so this appears to be an isolated problem with this particular transaction. I request Stake to urgently investigate this missing withdrawal and either provide the UTR/reference number so that the bank can trace it, or immediately reverse and refund the full ₹40,000 back to my Stake balance. I expect this issue to be treated as a priority and resolved without any further delay.
