No Stake Deposit Received Even After A Week

On 6 July 2026 at around 1:05 A M , I made a deposit of ₹19,998 to my Stake account using my Kotak Bank account. UPI Transaction id is: 652400504495 And Stake transaction id is: 3515240124. The ount was successfully debited from my Kotak Bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake account. After noticing that the money was not reflected in my Stake balance, I contacted Stake support. They informed me that they were confirming the transaction with the payment provider and later stated that no payment was received by the provider, advising me to contact my bank for a refund. However, when I contacted Kotak Bank, they clearly confirmed that the payment was successfully transferred from their side. At this point, I stuck between Stake and the bank, even though the ount has left my account and has not reached my Stake balance. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that either the ₹19,998 is credited to my Stake account or a full refund is processed back to my Kotak Bank account as soon as possible.
