Spotify Premium Has No Sound but Songs Play

I have a Spotify Student Premium subscription, but I have been unable to use the app properly for the past five days. The songs appear to be playing and the progress bar moves normally, but I cannot hear any audio at all. I even created a new account to test the issue, but the exact same problem occurred.

During this time, I followed every troubleshooting step suggested by Spotify’s virtual assistant multiple times, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, trying different internet connections, and checking various settings. None of these steps resolved the issue. Since I could not reach Spotify customer support directly, I was only able to rely on the automated assistant for help.

I am unable to use my Student Premium subscription and am not receiving the service I am paying for. I request that this audio issue be thoroughly investigated and permanently resolved as soon as possible. If the problem continues and my access to the service is not restored, I will have no choice but to cancel my Student Premium subscription.
