Sportsbet.io Refused to Pay My $520 Winnings After KYC Verification

I registered on Sportsbet.io with the username o* and joined a promotion using a bonus code. I won $8 from the promo and completed the 40x wagering requirement in the slot section, reaching a total balance of $520. My withdrawal request was approved, but right afterward, they asked me to complete KYC verification.

I submitted all the required documents, the verification was approved, and my account was fully verified. However, after that point, Sportsbet.io stopped responding, and my withdrawal request was closed without explanation. My account is still locked for withdrawals, even though my balance remains intact.

Now they’re trying to label my account as “multi-account”, which is completely false. There’s no shared IP, no shared device, and I’m the only person in Turkey with my last name. I have all the screenshots, confirmations, and official correspondence proving that everything was done properly.

Despite all this, Sportsbet.io is refusing to release my $520 winnings and ignoring my emails — even the one I sent to their licensing authority. I request that this issue be resolved immediately. If not, it’s clear that Sportsbet.io is becoming an unreliable and dishonest betting site.
