Sportsbet Blocked My Account After I Requested a Date of Birth Update

Following the advice I received from Sportsbet’s live chat, I sent an email to request a simple correction to my date of birth. However, right after doing so, my account was blocked. I can no longer log into the site, and my account access is completely restricted.

All I wanted was a minor update — nothing complicated. But instead, my account was disabled, and now they won’t even reply to my emails. I’ve been waiting for days, and the lack of response is extremely frustrating.

I’m asking Sportsbet to reactivate my account immediately and fix the date of birth issue I initially contacted them about. Ignoring customers and blocking access over such a small request is unacceptable. Is this really how Sportsbet plans to continue treating its users?
