Urgent! Cannot Access My Old SOYO Account

I had an existing account on Soyo Free Dating App registered with the email address mulon***[email protected], and the old account ID is 493759***. On 08/06/2026, I uninstalled the app from my phone and later reinstalled it. When I opened the app again, it did not give me any option to access or recover my old account. Instead, it directly took me through the steps to create a completely new account. I want to clearly state that I need my original account to be recovered and the newly created account to be deleted. Since I could not get back into my old account, I tried to continue with the new one, but the app requires face verification. I have attempted this face verification multiple times, and it keeps failing, so I cannot properly use even the new account. I request that my old Soyo Free Dating App account be restored and made accessible again, and that the new account created after reinstalling the app be removed from the system. I also ask for support in resolving the repeated failure of face verification so that I can log in and use my account without further issues.
