Soyo Dating App Accused of Employing Paid Chat Hosts to Extort Coin Purchases

I have been using the Soyo app for about two weeks, and I experienced a severe issue, particularly with the live chat section. I believe the girls on the app are not genuine users, but rather paid operatives working for the platform. They continuously drag out conversations using the same types of questions to make me spend coins, actively encouraging me to purchase coins repeatedly. Entered with the expectation of a genuine conversation or sincere communication, this app operates as though it were designed solely to drain money.

I spent approximately $26 during this process, and I no longer trust how the app operates. I have not contacted customer service so far because, after what I experienced, I felt that this was the app's intended design anyway and didn't believe I would get any results. I especially want to warn male users not to believe the girls on this app or their promises, and to be extremely careful when spending money.

My demand from Soyo is an investigation into this system, an end to coercing users into spending money through misleading tactics, and a full refund of all amounts I paid through this app.
