Sugo Account Banned for User Agreement Violation

Sugo Account Banned for User Agreement Violation
20

On 30 August 2026 my Sugo app account was suddenly banned and I have not been able to access it since. When I try to log in or reset my password, I see a warning on the SugoChat screen stating that my account has been banned due to a user agreement violation and directing me to contact you by email. I believe this ban is unfair, because I am not aware of any action on my side that would violate your user agreement and I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation. At the moment I cannot use my account or access my information, and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, clearly explain which specific rule you claim was violated, and remove the ban so that my Sugo app account can be fully restored and used again. If there is a misunderstanding or error in your system, I ask that it be corrected as soon as possible.
