I've Had a Month-Long DNS Error on My PS5 That No Fix Has Solved
I've been experiencing a DNS error on my Sony PlayStation 5 for about a month now. Because of this problem, I'm having difficulty downloading games and running into serious trouble accessing certain online games. Since other devices using the same internet connection don't have this problem, and it only occurs on the PS5, I believe the issue is related to the device or its software.
I tried various things on my own to resolve the issue, including changing my modem, and tried different approaches, but got no results. Through my research, I found that many other users are experiencing similar problems, which has given me a strong conviction that this is a bug originating from the PlayStation 5 itself.
Since I've also had a lot of difficulty reaching Sony customer service directly, I want to make my voice heard through this complaint. I am requesting that the DNS error on my PlayStation 5 be investigated as a software-related issue, that a software update be released if necessary, and that my problem be diagnosed and resolved remotely if possible. I kindly ask that this ongoing connection and download problem, which has persisted for a long time, be resolved quickly in a way that addresses my complaint.
