Soccer Stars Guest Account Lost 10M Coins Due to Game Crash

I play Soccer Stars, and my account is a guest account with the ID: Guest_208350799. At the time of the issue, I had 627 million coins. While playing an All-In match to win 20 million, I actually matched for 20 million, but then the game suddenly kicked me out to the lobby.

As a result, I lost 10 million coins unfairly. The opponent’s username was Alexy (Level 14), so the match details can easily be checked in your system. This was clearly a technical issue on the game’s side, not my fault.

I kindly request that the 10 million coins be restored to my account. Players should not have to suffer losses caused by server or connection issues beyond their control.

I expect this problem to be resolved quickly so that I can continue playing the game without further unfair losses.
