Insect Found Inside Snickers Chocolate

I purchased a twin-pack of Snickers chocolate from a Şok Market in Edirne, and I found what appeared to be an insect inside one of the chocolates. After eating the first chocolate from the package, I noticed a foreign substance resembling an insect in the middle of the second one while I was eating it, so I immediately stopped consuming the product. This situation seriously concerned me both from a hygiene and health perspective.

I was unable to keep the product or its packaging, but experiencing an issue like this with such a well-known brand has completely shaken my trust. I request that the hygiene conditions during the manufacturing and packaging processes be thoroughly investigated, that the necessary inspections be carried out for the affected batch, and that I be clearly informed of the findings.

I also request either a replacement product or a refund to compensate me for the inconvenience I have experienced.
