Snapchat is telling me that I cannot accept friend requests due to having too many friends. Is this really a thing? I don’t know how to resolve this issue.
I want this problem fixed because I still have pending friend requests. Additionally, when I try to cancel my Premium subscription, it directs me to the store, but it does not show up in my subscriptions on the app.
I would like both of these issues resolved. I have been unable to cancel my subscription, and it’s frustrating to be limited in accepting friends on the platform. Please take action to help me with these matters. Thank you!
