Can't Access Snapchat Account Due to Inactive Phone Number

I'm having trouble accessing my previous Snapchat account. Due to the inactivity of my phone number, the verification code is being sent to my previous number, which is causing difficulties in logging in with my password. I am unable to log in as I did not receive the code on my old number. I've sent multiple emails, but they consistently respond with the same message, stating that there are no available solutions, despite the account being registered in my name and belonging to me.
