Smooche Customer Service Ignored My Cancellation Request
I do not personally know much about the Smooche product itself, but I had already heard negative comments from someone who said the quality was very bad. Unfortunately, I accidentally placed an order, and after realizing it, I discovered there is no proper cancellation option available. I also tried messaging the seller, but they never responded. The customer service experience has been extremely poor and frustrating.
Thankfully, I selected cash on delivery, so I have decided that I will not accept the package when the courier arrives. Another thing that made me uncomfortable is that the promotional photos on the website appear to use foreign models while adding Turkish names to make the reviews look real. In my opinion, the advertising feels misleading and unreliable.
Overall, the entire shopping experience has created a lack of trust before I even received the product. Between the missing cancellation support, unanswered messages, and suspicious marketing tactics, I believe customers should be very careful before ordering from this company.
