I'm Struggling With Slack Sync Issues, Ineffective Features

This platform is not worth my time, been using it for around a year now because it's necessary for my job, but it's been more of a hassle than anything else. The synchronization between my phone and laptop is subpar. Sometimes, I'll receive a call on my laptop but won't see any notification on my phone, or vice versa. This has led to me missing several important meetings. The huddle feature is quite ineffective, and I'm unsure of the reasoning behind its design. Recently, the company decided to overhaul the entire app without considering accessibility or seeking user consent. The revamped version is barely functional, particularly for completing tasks efficiently. It's frustrating to witness a tool that's meant to simplify our work end up causing more issues than it resolves.
