I Can't Believe Slack's Decline, User Interface Became Unproductive

Once a promising communication software, has become one of the worst options out there. With each new release, it seems to get even buggier and more unpredictable. The latest update has been particularly problematic, affecting my productivity in a negative way. I've had to take breaks from work just to deal with the frustrating issues it brings up. I even wasted a whole hour trying to fix things by deleting and redownloading the app. The redesign they rolled out recently is just what the heck?? It's hard to understand why they would introduce such a jarring and convoluted user experience mess. Instead of making our lives easier, due to their lags and complicated interfaces it’s even more miserable, especially when we're already glued to our screens for most of the day. It's disappointing to see a once-promising tool go downhill like this.
