If your Skrill payment is listed as "pending," this usually signifies that the merchant has not yet completed the transaction.
Standard purchases, such as online shopping or ATM withdrawals, can be pending for up to 7 days; travel-related services, such as hotels or car rentals, can take up to 30 days to complete.
If the merchant does not collect the cash within the specified timeframes, Skrill will immediately return the funds to your available balance.
To accelerate the process, contact the merchant directly and ask them to cancel or reverse the purchase.
If they accept, request a written confirmation including their merchant code, your cardholder name, your card's last four numbers, the authorization code, and transaction details (date, amount, and currency).
Submit this document to Skrill for manual cancellation.
