Skoda Scala Delivery Delay and Unfulfilled Promises Issue
I purchased a Skoda Scala from the Kayseri Incar dealership and, from the beginning of the process, I experienced both a delay in vehicle delivery and a serious issue regarding the promised gifts. I received the vehicle on 01.12.2025, even though the process had been ongoing since November and December, and I believe I was not treated transparently during this period. The issues we discussed and our requests during the purchase phase were left hanging, and this made me feel as if I had been deceived. In addition to the delayed delivery, the gifts that were clearly promised to me at the time of purchase have still not been delivered. Despite all this time passing, none of these gifts have reached me. I reached out to the dealership twice in writing, visited the dealership once in person, and submitted a request once to customer services, yet I have still not received any concrete solution or my gifts. I find both the failure to keep promises and the indifferent attitude towards the customer highly upsetting. I request that the gifts promised to me at the time of purchase be delivered to me urgently and that the dealership’s approach and communication towards customers be promptly improved. I expect my grievances to be taken seriously and resolved without any further delay.
