Škoda Kamiq Premium Suffers Transmission and Mechatronics Failure

I purchased a Škoda Kamiq Premium 1.0 TSI, and on 21 December 2025, a transmission problem occurred that was diagnosed as requiring a mechatronics replacement. On 23 December 2025, I delivered my vehicle—chassis number TMBGR6NW9T3067302 and license plate number 45 **P 373—to the İzmir Bornova Vosmer authorized service for repair.
The service informed me that the repair would take approximately two weeks and provided a replacement vehicle during this period. While I appreciate being given a replacement car, I am extremely concerned that such a serious transmission and mechatronics failure has occurred at this stage, as it severely undermines my confidence in the safety and long-term reliability of the vehicle.
Due to the seriousness and scale of the defect, and because it directly involves the transmission system, I no longer feel safe using this vehicle even if the mechatronics unit is replaced. For this reason, I request that my Škoda Kamiq Premium 1.0 TSI be replaced with a new, problem-free vehicle rather than being limited to a repair, and that this process be handled quickly and transparently.
