My 2019 Skoda Kodiaq’s multimedia screen gets stuck on the ‘Welcome to Skoda’ screen. I took the car to the service center, but they quoted an unreasonable amount for repairs. Skoda is not standing behind the quality of their product, and the issue they described makes no sense to me. They claimed the radio console is faulty, even though my rearview camera works and the radio works intermittently.
I’ve attached images showing the system working one day and not the next. I’m very frustrated with the lack of support and high repair costs for such a basic issue. I expect Skoda to take responsibility and offer a fair solution.
