Skechers D'Lites 4.0-Wintuff Shoes Paint Bleeding Complaint

I purchased the D'Lites 4.0-Wintuff model shoes from the Skechers store located at Cepa Mall in Ankara. After using them for about two weeks, I observed some blue paint bleeding on the toe area of the right shoe. Whenever I put them on, my white socks inexplicably transformed into a vibrant shade of blue. I reached out to the Skechers store in Ankara Cepa Mall regarding this matter, and they promptly arranged for the shoes to be sent for inspection. After conducting an investigation based on request number 1-348674, they concluded that no defects or production errors were discovered, leading them to dismiss my complaint. I find it quite perplexing that despite wearing white shoes and socks, I am somehow blamed for the appearance of blue color. It is disheartening that no solution has been provided to address this issue. The cause of the issue has not been explained. It's absolutely unacceptable for Skechers, a company that prides itself on its service, to provide such apathetic and careless service. I am determined to assert my rights to the maximum and insist that they resolve this matter promptly. I would not suggest Skechers to anyone who wants to steer clear of encountering similar situations caused by their lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
