Skechers Summits AT Shoes Develop Bad Smell and Tear Within Months

In January 2025 I bought a Skechers Summits AT shoe through the Skechers own mobile application. In August 2025 the shoe started to give off a very disturbing bad smell and the glue on the side area opened, and over time tearing and noticeable wear occurred on the side, which made the shoe look unaesthetic and unusable. Since then I have not been able to use the shoe. I opened a complaint request twice through the application about the smell, the glue coming off and the damage on the side, but in both applications the result was reported back to me as user fault, only by looking at the photos, without any detailed examination of the product. I find it very upsetting and unacceptable that my complaint is dismissed in this way and that no real support is provided. I expect a product I bought from Skechers to be durable and not to develop such problems in a short time under normal use. I request that my Skechers Summits AT shoes, which have glue separation, tearing and wear on the side and a severe odor problem, be either refunded or exchanged with a new, flawless product. I kindly ask you to review my complaint again with a detailed and fair examination and to reach a solution as soon as possible.
