My New Skechers Shoes Cracked Within Months


I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from the Skechers store about seven to eight months ago, and there's already a crack at the tip. When I contacted customer service regarding this issue, they told me I needed to take the product to the store since it was a store purchase. I explained that I reside in Batman and couldn't go to the store, offering to send it via courier instead, but they said they couldn't assist with that. It's truly disappointing to see such a big company leaving its customers stranded over a simple matter.

Despite 3 days passing, there has still been no response from the brand. My advice is to order online after trying out the model and size in-store instead of shopping at the store.
