Glue on the Left Shoe Skechers Lost Its Stickiness, It's Separating

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes for a crazy price in August 2022. I thought they would last at least one and a half years. To my surprise, the right toe of the shoe, which I hadn't worn in a year, came apart, and the glue on the left shoe's heel started to lose its stickiness, which caused it to come apart. I sent the shoes twice for review, with request numbers 1-263071 and 1-265033. Unfortunately, the answers didn't give a full explanation and said that the problems weren't caused by mistakes in the production process. When I called customer service, they said the shoes fell apart for three reasons: 1) I wore them with my heel pressed down, 2) I washed them, and 3) I wore them with laces. But I never wore the shoes by pressing on the back of the heel and I never washed them. I also don't understand how using the shoelaces could have caused the shoes to wear out. This week, I will send my shoes back to be checked again. I will continue to complain about these shoes on Xolvie, Instagram, Twitter, and other sites until they are fixed or I am given my money back. I will also contact top Skechers executives through LinkedIn and bring up this problem every week, no matter if they are from Turkey or the United States. If I still don't like the results after the third look, I'll take the problem to the consumer referee board and keep looking for a solution until I find one.
