Sixt Denied My Rental Request Upon Making a Findeks Search

I went to the Yenibosna branch for my car reservation on 10.08.2023. It was said that a Findeks inquiry would be made. I know this is the procedure in all rental companies. The result of the inquiry was negative and my reservation was cancelled. It was not disclosed on what basis the result of this Findeks report was negative. I don't have any bank debt and I know my Findeks rating is good. I have rented a car from many companies so far and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. You had no right to hurt me at the last minute. I will report you to all authorities for breaking my schedule.
