Sinoz Face Wash Burns My Skin From the First Use

I purchased Sinoz's facial cleansing gel containing salicylic acid, zinc PCA, and niacinamide from BİM. I had been using the product for 3 days, and from the very first use, I experienced serious burning, dryness, and redness on my face. Even though I stopped using the product, these symptoms are still ongoing.
I don't have my receipt, but I do have my bank statement from the day I purchased the product. I'm concerned about the negative effect this has had on my skin. I'm requesting a detailed explanation and written response from the brand regarding the product's ingredients, the cause of this reaction, and what steps I should take going forward.
