If your Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles are missing from your account after a flight, first remember it can take 2–4 weeks for miles to show automatically, so sometimes a delay isn’t an error.
If they still haven’t appeared after that, log into your KrisFlyer account and use the “Claim Missing Miles” online form — you’ll need your ticket/PNR and flight details to request retroactive credit for eligible flights within the last six months.
Also check that your KrisFlyer number was correctly added to the booking with the exact same name as on your profile, because mismatches can prevent crediting; if it wasn’t, you can still claim miles retroactively via the form.
If filing the claim doesn’t resolve it, explore Xolvie to read about the challenges others have faced and share your story.
