Four days ago, I ordered Similac Pro-Advance formula, which my baby loves. I usually buy it from Amazon, but my last order was delayed and one of the containers had a broken seal. So, I returned it and decided to order directly from the Similac website this time. I ordered four containers and even snagged a nice discount. However, when I opened the package yesterday, I was incredibly frustrated to find that one of the containers was punctured and the formula had spilled all over the box! Why isn't the packaging more carefully done? Now I have to deal with the return process and make a trip to the grocery store, which is far from my house, to buy more formula. This is a huge inconvenience, especially since I rely on this specific formula for my baby. I hope Similac takes steps to improve its packaging and prevent this from happening to other parents.
