Sig Saurer P365X Return Denied - Poor Customer Support
I recently tried to get my money back for my Sig P365X pistol since it was malfunctioning. The company's denial of my return request left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service, especially considering my reasonable issues and the obvious need for resolution. I was quite disappointed by the handgun's performance; it jammed and malfunctioned frequently when I was using it. I encountered resistance and was told my request could not be fulfilled when I contacted the company to discuss these issues and start the return procedure. Because of the company's handling of the situation and the rejection of my return request, I am upset and feel unsupported as a consumer.
