I use the Shortmax app on my iPhone and cancelled my subscription on 14 September 2025. Despite this cancellation, the app continued to charge my account, and the most recent charge was 19.99 on 30 May 2026. I did not authorize these ongoing payments after the cancellation, and I want them to stop immediately. I have been trying to contact support about these unauthorized charges, but have not been able to resolve the issue. I request an immediate cancellation of any active Shortmax subscription linked to my account and a full refund of all charges made after my cancellation on 14 September 2025, including the most recent 19.99 transaction. I kindly ask that this situation be reviewed urgently and that written confirmation be provided once my subscription is fully cancelled and the refund is processed.
